Search Engine
The Search facility is a powerful tool that enables you to create selective lists of members for reporting, marketing, label printing, mail merges, database updates or billing. Lists may be compiled based on a wide range of selection criteria which you specify, such as categories, age ranges, birthdays, join dates, players' handicaps, sex, financial/unfinancial, occupations, marketing groups, etc.
Reporting
A wide range of membership reports is provided and if you wish to create your own reports a report generator comes as part of the system.
Marketing Groups
A powerful feature of the system is the ability to classify your members by special groups. These classifications can be used for selective marketing, mailings, label runs, reporting etc. to specific groups.
Customer History/Notes
The system allows you to keep notes and history for each of your members. Entries may be classified by type and are dated for selective reporting or enquiry at any time. Word documents associated with the member can be linked and retrieved when required.
Prospects
Customers may be transferred to the Prospects file when required. All details about the customer (including historyetc.) are kept and returned if you wish to reinstate the customer.
Corporate & Family Groups
The system allows you to identify and link members as corporate or family customers for the purpose of billings and mailings. Financial postings may be made to individual accounts or to the nominated corporate or family account. Individual records display the other linked members.
Audit Trails & Financial Reports
A complete set of audit and financial reports on all transactions is available. These may be printed at any time for any period (past or present) in detailed or summary form.

This allows members to change their personal details, update and view their accounts (receipting is created in customer ledger), and a place for you to send internal messages to your customers.
