Electronic Tee Bookings can be viewed in these ways:

In the back office
On a Kiosk (stand-alone workstation)
On your website (members)
On the iseekgolf.com website (public)

These different systems all interact and share a single data set. This means that all tee times can be available through all these booking systems, all the time. There is no requirement to nominate certain blocks of times for Internet bookings, and others for Club bookings.

A booking made in any one of these modes is booked REAL-TIME everywhere else.

Access & Security Features

All Timesheet data is held on your Club computer. If your Internet connection is disrupted, you still have full access to the Electronic Tee Bookings system and timesheets at the Club.
We also offer remote access and monitoring options for your server.
No Double Bookings. As soon as a player clicks to consider a timeslot, the tee time cannot be booked from anywhere else in the Club, on the Club’s website, on iseekgolf.com or the kiosks.
Timesheets can be released on the Internet at any time for today or any future date.
You can release the whole timesheet or just certain specified times for Internet bookings.
Hire equipment & carts can be made available for reservation at the time of booking.
All Internet bookings immediately update the timesheet at the Club once the booking is confirmed.

Green Fee Pricing Features

The Club has total flexibility in the pricing policies it wishes to apply
Create an unlimited number of green fees.
Each green fee includes pricing for Internet bookings, club bookings, adults, juniors, 18 holes, 9 holes, for each day of the week with a public holiday override feature.
You can also preset pricing to automatically apply in future date ranges, using the ‘pricing seasons’ feature.
Create individual green fees specifically for Member guests, Public, and your various business partners.
Electronic Tee Bookings automatically knows which green fees to offer for each player being booked, eliminating operator error.
Limit the sale of some green fees to certain times of the day eg. for early-bird or twilight play special rates.
Prices offered on the Internet may vary from those offered when bookings are made through the Pro Shop

Features for the Pro Shop

Pro Shop staff can use a fast interface to the timesheets when they are required to take or manage a booking. A convenient calendar provides quick access to any day’s timesheet.
Bookings and reservation of carts & equipment can be entered for individuals, large or small groups, corporate golf days, etc. Authorised staff can manage the timesheet as required.
Options are available to move players, cancel bookings, edit booking details, move bookings from one day to another, etc.
A fast search facility enables you to find a specified booking whether it is for today or any future date.
Timesheet cells are colour-coded for easy recognition of the different types of bookings or hire equipment reservations.
Hard copy timesheets can be printed at any time they are required.

The Check-In Process

On the day of play green fee members/visitors can be checked in, and if any payment is to be made, a receipt printed or the booking automatically transferred to the Point of Sale screen for processing.
No-shows and cancellations can be recorded, with a reason, for future analysis.
Personalised Scorecards can be printed (showing receipt details if required) for green fee players directly from the timesheet. Scorecard printing module is required for this benefit.
Records are kept of check-ins, no shows, cancellations and any green fees received for auditing purposes.

Quality Management reporting and statistics

Electronic Tee Bookings provides a range of reports and information to help you manage the business. The system:

ET Bookings integrates with your website

A members login is available on your website to control access for when members can book. So, for example, male 5 day members cannot view or book into the rows only available for female or 7-day members.

When you book at the Kiosk you are seeing a live view of the timesheet the same as everywhere else including back office, your Club's website and iseekgolf.com. Once again the access rights are controlled based upon the members login which is normally a swipe card at a touchscreen.

Debtors can be created such as a tour operator for regular account charging.

Any public rows are viewable at iseekgolf.com. You at the club can nominate which tee times will be offered, at what price and with what restrictions, so you are in complete control.
When a booking is made with iseekgolf.com the row is locked everywhere else ie. in the club, at the kiosk and on your website. Since the booking sheets are all LIVE this means that you don't have to "give away" tee times like you used to. You just make them available everywhere and it's first in best dressed.
iseekgolf.com take 10% of the booking (includes merchant charge) for tee times booked with iseekgolf.com. So if you make the booking in-house you are NOT charged this 10% fee.
For ease of adminstration, as soon as a booking is made on iseekgolf.com it will automatically appear in your back office timesheet as an iseekgolf.com tee time and an invoice for the full amount is automatically raised in the iseekgolf.com debtor account. You will receive a remittance statement from iseekgolf.com each month which you reconcile with these debtor invoices.

ET Bookings integrates with Membership

Booking access rights are controlled through Membership categories. Only financial members in the appropriate categories can book in the various competitions throughout the week.

The golf competition is linked to the one daily timesheet so registration, scorecard printing and booking is all done in the one place.
