Micropower is pleased to announce a new business partner in Ladbroke Financial Services Pty Ltd. Together we bring you a new module to Micropower's solutions called Micropower Direct Debit. We are both proud to introduce this much improved direct debiting system fully integrated with our existing Membership and Point of Sale modules.
This service would normally take months to set up and cost many thousands of dollars but is on offer immediately to Micropower clients and provides you with huge benefits including:
Payment options
Offer your members the payment options they require with easy to establish weekly, fortnightly or monthly repayments. They are available from bank accounts or credit cards, which can be tailored to suit any individual needs. Use this innovative and easy to use system to increase your membership today by advertising flexible payment terms as joining incentives.
Cash flow
Increase your clubs cash flow like never before with our new ‘cashless club’ option. Allow your members to purchase food or beverages, stock up on golf balls or buy a new driver from the Pro-shop, all using their membership card and club account. Now imagine having the ability to collect all outstanding balances on whatever frequency suits both you and your member. Gone are the days of carrying massive members debts for months on end! Couple this with the security of maximum spend restrictions and the flexibility of ‘real time’ editing and you have a powerful debt management tool at your fingertips.
This fantastic addition is available for fast activation in your Micropower Membership system today!
What are all the hidden charges?
Micropower charges an upfront module fee of $1500 + GST and it has a support weighting of 1/2 module.
Transaction fee charged per trasaction:
- $1.11 (inc GST) from a bank account
- $1.22 (inc GST) from credit cards
If a direct debit is unsuccessful the club is charged a $11.00 (inc GST) missed payment fee and the system automatically suspends the direct debit pending action from the clubs representative. The club then on-charges the $11.00 fee to the member so effectively the member absorbs the cost of their missed payment. All fees are disclosed upon signing the direct debit authority.
How does this differ to our existing direct debit offering?
Direct debits can be arranged on any time frequency. The more often you extract direct debits (eg weekly), the better your cash flow.
This is an opportunity for you to offer ultimate flexibility to your members with the benefit of improving your cash flow. Win-Win!
